Outside my window - it's windy and cold, a far cry from last weeks sapping heat and humidity
I am thinking - about people I have lost contact with - I have tracked a couple down and left messages to try and reconnect and have already had a response - cool
I am loving- my life and my family
I am creating - a gorgeous sunset lo from our SA trip
I am going - back to work tomorrow after two weeks off sick
I am watching - an old episode of the Rockford files
I am - cleaning all my CD's and jewelery in my new ultrasonic cleaner
I don't want - to go back to work tomorrow - although I am better I still have no energy
I feel like - an ice cream in a cone
I am hearing - the wind blowing a gale outside
A few plans for the week - return to work, go to a work Xmas party, finish the layouts for Thursdays scrapbook class, spend some time with my boys on Thursday night
A photo to share - my beautiful grandsons Ty and Alex

water plus kids always equals fun
Thumbs up to Squiggles at Moama on the Murray Resort. Alex and Ty just loved the outdoor play area with all it's water shoots, dinosaurs and hoses. Grammy didn't object to the banana lounge to recline on while supervising the kids on a hot and horrible day. We enjoyed a picnic lunch and stayed cool. Can't wait until we go there for our three day holiday. This place is awesome!

CHA Update
Well it seems a little more real now, we have registered and started booking in for classes. Unfortunately some of the workshops we want are sold out, but there will be mega ops for make and takes with the top companies so we aren't stressed. I will be going to a seminar on making videos, so we can demo more on the blog, and of course there is the cocktail party and dinner, network ops + + + oh and did I mention free booze. ; )

Show Time
We took the kids to the local show on Saturday. We had a great time. With rides around $5-$6 per person, $5 for a Pluto dog, $6-$10 per game I'm not sure how families can afford to attend the annual event anymore, which could easily explain the lack of numbers. I was asked to judge the Scrapbooking and Art this year. I enjoyed judging the kids art the best, the work that the kids submitted was awesome. My favorite was a gorgeous coloured pencil drawing of a farm scene. There were two cows and between them was a bull, on closer inspection the bull was standing on two legs, arms raised, six pack showing and wearing jocks - or maybe budgie smugglers, I laughed til I cried, it was gorgeous. I didn't find out until the next day that some of the work I had awarded first prize to belonged to my mate Lily Finnegan, her work is really good, and not just in her age class, she could have competed in the adult section and won a prize or two.
Ty had trouble getting up the ladder on the jumping castle but he persisted and finally made it and had a great time sliding back down.
Ty and Kirsty had a ball on the dodgem cars - not sure I want to be in a car with either of them.

Both the boys enjoyed the teacup ride and kudos to the ride operator who let the adults ride free

Ty and Kirsty shared the dart game, Ty had a great aim and they won a great cricket bat set.
The motor bikes were set on tracks but Ty had a ball anyway pretending he was free wheeling
Alex had a look as if to say - mmmm what's going on here
Some of Lily's work with the prize certificates attached, my fave is the blue one below - I will be making an offer .
My first prize winning animal / bird study photo - Pelican Dance at Goolwa SA
My second prize photo Abandoned Child in the child study category taken of Alex at Torrumbarry Estate
My first prize group of three " Go Ty Go" entry of Ty playing explorer in the garden, these are some of my fave pics of Ty, I love the colours and his enthusiasm for the game.
And finally Ty driving the Engine on the train ride.
