Another perfect day in San Francisco

We have had another perfect day, started with a trip on the BART to Colma for "Market Research". Found the perfect clothing store Old Navy - bought 2 pants 4 tops 1 cardi and a scarf less than $150. Saw some gorgeous stores, bought stuff at Michaels and Joann's. We got back to Union Square and headed to Fisherman's Wharf for tea. Watched the sun set over the Golden Gate bridge, ate seafood on pier 39 and had a ride on the trolley car.

San Francisco - wow

This town rocks! Shopping, sales, weather, architecture, food, beauty - it has it all. We arrived after an uneventful flight with United and a quick shuttle ride to discover one of the most gorgeous cities, and apart from the receptionist when we checked in are really friendly and helpful.I bought both the boys Levi jeans and tops for less than $40, bare minerals - which I pay nearly $80 for at home for $60 which included the bronzer, 3 brushes, primer, the bare minerals and brush shampoo and $25 for a spare bare minerals. Shoes and handbags are so cheap it's criminal. Tomorrow it's off to Michael's and Joann's then more shopping in Union Square. Our Hotel is really funky Kaz and I have interconnecting rooms with a shared bathroom, bright doonas and funky mirrors and a great view of the city. The Trolley car runs right outside our door.

LA's colourful Mexican heritage .......

We finally got to get some R&R this arvo so headed to Olvera Street for a genuine Mexican lunch and a strawberry Margarita. It was just so colourful and vibrant, I really enjoyed it.
