Well today has confirmed I AM A DITZ - had a call at 0830 this morning - are you coming to work? Why? You are rostered for a morning - HELP!!!!! I had agreed to pick up a shift (don't normally work a Saturday morning). I had obviously put myself down to cover a shortfall at some ungodly hour when on night shift and completly forgotten about it - not in my diary.
Our caravan was getting picked up this morning at 10am - we sold it - and it was still full of all of our camping gear - thank god I had put it all into boxes last night despite Chas tring to convince me we would have plenty of time in the morning. poor hubby had to empty the van and deal with it all himself - but he coped well. Just as well I hadn't arranged to have the kids or I would have been in strife for sure.
Looking forward to getting home and taking hubby out for tea tonight - will be checking the rest of the rosters to make sure I don't do it again - 31 years and I have NEVER failed to show for work - looks like the alzheimers is starting to kick in.
I also had plans to bring to life a layout that's stuck in my head this arvo - ahhh well there is always tomorrow.

Oh Helen believe me at 41 I've also been forgetting all sorts of things. Glad the caravan sale went well and hope you have a lovely tea with your hubby.
